Sebastian graduated cum laude and was honored with the prestigious Albertus Magnus Award at the Pontifical University of Santo Tomas. Currently serving as Chaplain at De los Santos Medical Center in Quezon City, Fr. Sebastian exemplifies the Franciscan spirit through his dedication to both intellectual excellence and pastoral care.
